The revitalization and expansion of the 1954 Ratcliff Architects CMU home earned the project recognition by AIA East Bay who included it as part of their annual home tour program in 2017. The project was recognized for its reimagination of the home through its visual and physical connections to the outdoors alongside its attention to detail in its finishes. The project was covered by the Berkeleyside in August 2017.
