The outdated 1920’s original was restored by Jack Backus Architects and given an additional fourth bedroom, with the addition being integrated seamlessly into the project. Through updated finishes in bathrooms and the kitchen along with a reorganization of spaces, 842 Grosvenor Place was given a breath of new life. The project was featured by the San Francisco Chronicle on October 25, 2015.
